Q: How do I order a firearm?
A: Place your order as you would for any item. We do not need your receiving dealer’s FFL on file before you order. Check out and enter either your own address or your FFL’s name and address in the shipping address. Once you have placed your order, have your FFL fax a signed, copy of their FFL license to (804) 632-1111 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
You can check our FFL Locator to see if we already have a copy of an FFL license near you.
Please make sure your FFL references your name and your order number so their FFL license can be matched to your order. When the FFL for your order is received, we will ship your order and you will receive tracking information. Please see our Terms & Conditions page for more information.

Q: I have a C&R License, will you ship firearms directly to me.
A: Yes we are currently shipping C&R Eligible firearms directly to C&R License holders. Please email or fax us a copy of your C&R License.
Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?
A: We do not ship outside of the USA.
Q: Do you restrict shipments to certain states?
A: We do not ship items that we know are illegal in the state you reside in. However it is ultimately your responsibility to know your state and local laws. We do not claim to know each states individual law.
Q: Are all items in stock on your website?
A: Our inventory is live and up to date. If your item is in stock, we have it.
Q: Does the inventory on your website match the inventory in your retail location?
A: All items on our website are in our retail location. We also carry a number of items in our retail location that are not on our website. If you are looking for something, please email or call us.
Q: What is the ETA on a product that is out of stock?
A: Unfortunately we cannot give an ETA on out of stock product.
Q: Can I place a backorder?
A: You can not place a backorder on our website.
Q: Can I pickup an order at your retail location?
A: Yes, select local pickup at checkout. You will receive an email to notify you that your order is ready to be picked up. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Saturday 11:00AM to 7:00PM EST. All local pickup orders will be charged 5.3% VA state sales tax. You will be responsible for paying the $2.00 VA State Background Check Fee at the time of pickup if your order contains a firearm. Q: Can I pickup an order at my local gun show?
A: Yes, select local pickup at checkout, and leave a note stating which gun show you want to pick your order up at. Please give us at least one weeks notice that you want to pick up your order at a gun show. We will email you a confirmation that your order will be ready to be picked up at the gun show. All gun show orders will be charged 5.3% VA state sales tax. You will be responsible for paying the $2.00 VA State Background Check Fee at the time of pickup if your order contains a firearm. Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: Only if you have a Virginia address or if you choose local pickup.
Q: What does “Hand Pick” mean?
A: We offer a handpick option on our surplus firearms. If you choose this option, our staff will take the time to examine 10 of the same item ordered and then choose the cosmetically best one of the 10. This does not mean you will get an upgraded condition or perfect condition surplus firearm. It means you will receive the cosmetically best 1 out of 10.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders ship out in the order that they are received. We make every effort to ship out orders quickly. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is ready to ship.
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: Call us at 804-633-2222 before your order ships.
Q: Do you price match?
A: We currently do not offer price matching through our website.
Q: How do I return merchandise?
A: Please follow our return policy on our Terms & Conditions page.
Q: My order is incorrect or incomplete what can I do?
A: Please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of your order being delivered.
Q: I am not satisfied with my purchase, what can I do?
A: Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to take care of you.
